We currently do NOT provide the following services:
Full Skin Exams/Full Body Exams
Skin biopsies (shave, punch)
Excisions
Treatment and management of: suspicious/cancerous lesions, lesions in the genital, perianal, or breast regions
Payment
We operate on a CASH basis and do NOT accept insurance
Your insurance will NOT be billed for the services rendered
deposits
Cosmetic appointments require a deposit to hold your appointment, the deposit will be applied to your cosmetic treatment. Refer to No Show/Cancellation/Rescheduling policy regarding deposit returns.
No Show & cancellation/rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a $50 fee applied to your card on file.
No shows after 15 minutes will result in a $50 fee applied to your card on file.
Cosmetic appointments that No Show or Cancel/Reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time will forfeit their deposit being applied to their cosmetic treatment. The deposit then becomes non-refundable. A new Cosmetic appointment with new deposit must be paid again in order to book your Cosmetic appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling in ADVANCE of 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a full refund of your visit via your initial method of payment within 7 business days.
Appointment etiquette
For real time virtual appointments, provider will wait for patient to log onto telemedicine platform for up to 15 minutes. An attempt to contact the patient via text message or phone call will be made prior to the end of the 15 minute window. If the patient has not logged onto the telemedicine platform or attempted to contact the appointment provider within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, the appointment will be cancelled and the patient will be charged 100% of the visit.
This will be considered a “NO CALL NO SHOW”. In an effort to provide the best patient care for all patients within the practice, and to be respectful of the provider, after 2 NO CALL NO SHOW instances, the patient will be dismissed from the practice and unable to book future appointments.
